SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our shipping options, either of which can be chosen at checkout, includes, drop off, delivery and installation, or in-store pickup. If you've chosen in-store pickup, give us a call so we can arrange a time for you to come pick up your order. If you've chosen delivery and installation, an additional charge (per appliance) is added to your total.

Deliveries are scheduled in a 2 hour window, which means that the delivery will arrive to the customer's home within the scheduled time-frame. If delivery will arrive outside of this window, customer will receive notice via phone call.

​

Customer will be asked to sign delivery and installation waiver before appliances are brought into home.

RETURNS

 

If you have any problems with our product(s) and such product was sold with a warranty, please submit a warranty claim.

 

If you would like a refund or require a cancellation, contact us to arrange a refund for your money back. The amount refunded will be the listed sell price of the appliance(s) less a 20% restocking fee per appliance. Delivery and installation fee(s) is always non-refundable. 

The refund will be processed after returned product(s) have been inspected for any damages both interior or exterior, mechanical or aesthetic. This inspection will include a comparison between the product(s) current condition and the pictures used in the product(s) original listing on this website. 

 

If any of the previously stated problems are found during inspection, we will only issue a partial refund to the buyer; the amount of which will correspond to the severity of the damages found.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our Policy

At Affordable Appliance Solutions, it is our mission to provide our customers with quality refurbished household appliances, at a great price.

We offer a complimentary 6 month warranty with all of our appliances, unless otherwise stated, to ensure that our products continue to function at their best capability within your home. Most appliances include a 6 month warranty on mechanical parts and a 90 day warranty on labor costs needed to repair said appliance(s). We offer extended warranties upon request.

A majority of our products on this website are sold with a warranty, however some exclusions may apply in specific circumstances.

Certain appliances may only be sold with a limited warranty period or without any warranty coverage. These instances are rare and the customer will be made aware of the item's warranty period before a purchase is made. 

 

Products that are listed on this site will contain a brief description of the terms of the warranty in the product description section. The information provided in this section might include, but is not limited to--the warranty given on parts, the warranty given on labor, the length of each warranty, and encouragement for the buyer to read this warranty disclaimer as well as the Terms and Conditions. The warranty period will also be dated and will be outlined on the customer's invoice or other proof of payment. Customers are strongly encouraged to read the Terms and Conditions.
